Coffee Q&A Demonstrators Buying From Demonstrators

This week's coffee Q&A talks about the idea of demonstrators buying card kits, samples, product from other demos.

and let me clarify: I don't think there is anythng unethical about offering these types of opportunites. While I take great issue with those demonstrators who run a buisness based on selling product to other demonstrators (it totally screws up the direct sales business model), I have no concern for those who offer new catalog samples/swatches that some demonstrators take advantage of. 

What I want is for you as a demonstrator to be more thoughtful about where your dollars go and not be so quick to pay someone for product that you could be buying for yourself.
