Well put Lisa. Often times I hear downline upset when their customers buy product at the craft store. In reality when you buy product else where you are being disloyal to yourself as well.

I had a fellow demonstrator miss an incentive trip one year by $600 and when she reviewed her purchases for the year realized she had spent well over that on NON SU adhesive, sponges, etc trying to save money and it cost her a trip! And that's just the trip - commission, great rewards, career to date sales, etc. - all the things you mentioned as well.

Janet and Patsy: excellent points ladies! Thanks so much for adding to the conversation and validity of buying from yourself!!

Right on, Lisa! If you don't buy from yourself, why would your customers....

100% loyal. I've been stamping for more than ... well, let's just say since before Stampin' Up! was born. Because I've used all the junk, there is NO savings ultimately when you have product that doesn't "feel substantial" in the hand. Want people to scrapbook your cards? Want the stocking stuffers loved and ornaments passed down forever? I don't even know the address of anyplace else than Stampin' Up! any more. It just makes sense. And saves me time and gas money. If I don't sell it, I don't show it.
