Lisa has been building her Stampin'Up! business since December 1999. During her 12 years she was #7 Rising Star, top 10 DOY for 4 years, and #1 DOY in 2004.
She also placed in the top 10 numerous times in team growth, promotions to SA, promotions to manager and above, and greatest increase in 1st level sales.
As a top achieving demo, entrepreneur, trainer and speaker Lisa has designed and implemented business training to support demos as they build their Stampin'Up! business. Her "group mission statement worksheet" written in 2005 is still being used on the SU! website today.
She was honored to speak at 2 Leadership events sharing her expertise in mentoring downline and providing quality group training opportunities.
Of course the highlight of Lisa's business was being asked to serve on the SU! Advisory Board for 2 consecutive years.
Training demonstrators to reach their potential in their Stampin'Up! business has been Lisa's passion for 12 years. As the direct sales business has grown and embraced social media, Lisa's training has also evolved.
Thru a free weekly newsletter, an E-book entitled "Social Media and your Stampin'Up! Business: Step into the Spotlight", and a social media bootcamp "90 Days To Social Dominance" Lisa is helping hundreds of demonstrators master social media in less time, less money, and with greater results than they ever imagined.
Have we mentioned her amazing stamping skills? No, and we won't. Business creativity is Lisa's strong suit and we leave the stamping creativity to her partner in crime, Katt.
Katt has been stamping and crafting for over 20 years. She has won numerous online awards for her creativity, attention to detail, and awe inspiring creations.
Katt is innovative with her use of material and has mastered the ability to seamlessly teach technique and process to other stampers.
She also is known as our "computer guru". Katt's ability to sift thru the lingo and make easy to follow tutorials for using Facebook, Twitter, and blogs make her an indispensable part of the Academy team. Knowing this was her destiny Katt also had the common sense to marry well and so we give a big shout out to her husband, a software engineer with loads of patience.
